Stormbringer Owned Business Intelligence ("Stormbringer", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Quantum Cumulative, is an executive intelligence and email operations platform. We are committed to absolute data privacy, enterprise-grade security, and transparent data governance.
2. Google API Data & OAuth Scopes
When you use Stormbringer with your Google Account, we request only the specific permissions necessary to deliver the service:
- Authentication & Identity (`openid`, `email`, `profile`): Used solely to authenticate your identity, verify domain authorization, and maintain your secure session.
- Gmail Sending (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send`): Used exclusively to dispatch human-approved email communications and campaigns from your designated sending mailboxes.
3. Google Limited Use Compliance Disclosure
Stormbringer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We never transfer or sell your Google user data to third parties.
- We never use or transfer your Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalized ads.
- We never use Google user data to train or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
- Human access to your data is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by you for troubleshooting or required by applicable law.
4. How Data Is Stored and Secured
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard authenticated encryption (Fernet AES-128-CBC with SHA256 HMAC). All server communication occurs strictly over TLS/HTTPS. All mutating email actions enforce strict human-in-the-loop approval gates (Rule 1).
5. Data Retention & Revocation
We retain connected account tokens only for as long as your mailbox remains connected. You may disconnect your mailbox at any time from the Email Settings page (`/settings/email`), which permanently purges stored credentials from our database.
You may also revoke Stormbringer's access at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.
