1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Stormbringer Owned Business Intelligence ("Service"), provided by Quantum Cumulative ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Stormbringer is an enterprise business intelligence and email management platform. Key capabilities include:
- Document synthesis, executive briefing, and grounded enterprise search.
- Bulk email campaign drafting, audience segmentation, and pace-controlled sending.
- Google Workspace and Gmail integration for leadership communication.
3. Human-In-The-Loop Governance (Rule 1)
Stormbringer enforces a strict governance model: automated AI agents and assistant tools may prepare drafts or suggest schedules, but no email or external message may be transmitted without explicit human approval by an authorized user (Rule 1).
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Compliance
Users of Stormbringer agree to comply with all applicable email marketing, anti-spam, and data privacy regulations, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the Australian Spam Act 2003, and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Specifically, you agree that:
- All email campaigns will include accurate sender identification and an operational one-click unsubscribe mechanism.
- You will not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial emails (spam), phishing attempts, malware, or deceptive content.
- You will adhere to automated sending caps, warm-up schedules, and domain DNS health gates enforced by the platform.
5. Third-Party Services & Google APIs
The Service integrates with Google APIs. Your use of Google integrations is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not use Google user data for advertising, nor do we transfer it to third-party data brokers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Cumulative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
